It was 6th Jan 2013, Sunny Sunday, here I am in my aunt's house, waking up 6am...
After a sumptuous vegeterean styled breakfast, we prepared ourselves to visit the Sepilok Rainforest Discovery Centre. The drive took about 45 minutes from the city centre, eventually taking the left way in the last roundabout.
The Rainforest Discoveery Centre is in the right handside of yours where the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation centre is further to the front.
Before we are in the forest, we are given a map, a ticket for 5 MYR (for children, am I?). In the map, it was clearly stated where resting shelters are, the washrooms, the suspension bridge etc.
Behind the map, you can see what kind of plants you may expected to see, among them you can see the picher plants and Gaint Orchid.
I took quite a lot of photos which are mostly the trees and facilities in the forest, there aren't any animals in my photo because there aren't any that I can see. Yet, there are some little creatures that you can find beneath fallen leaves that runs away when you are near to them, I expect them to be some little squirrels.

Two of the most facinating point in the park is the observatory platform connected to the canopy walkway which are high enough for you too take picture of the distant trees.
The other point will be the suspension bridge which might swing quite seriously if you are playing with it(Okay, I do)
Forget not, the Sepilok Gaint is also the wonder in the forest ,which diameter equals an 18 adults holding hand to hand.
I even capture a video at some point when we are lost in the forest. After some editing and some added effects, it turns out to be a thrilling trailer.
Below are the place of interest inside the rainforest:
> The Canopy walkway
> The plant discovery garden
> The Sepilok Gaint
> The Jungle pond
> The long suspension Bridge
> Tragon, Hornbill & Bristlehead Towers
> Keruing Cafe
> The Theater
Our whole walk took about 2 hours. The circumference of the rainforest is added up to be 5.46km ( didn't responsible for any inaccuracy in reading as the map are misleading sometimes) The 5.46km are not inclusive of the internal pathways that may be double of the number previously.
