Long-distance relationship requires maintenance. It's like a machine, it can runs all day long or all week long, but without fuel and maintenance, a breakdown can happen at any moment. There is always one thing I always say when talking about long-distance relationship, which is if one cannot live seperately with the other in long distance, let alone living together. We see it as a test for both of us, a test that once we passed, will get us ready for the next stage of our relationship.

It is not surprising when a relationship meets a problem, I know it and she knows it too. But instead of avoiding it, what we always do is that we will welcome it and we will fix it together. For every one problem fixed together, our relationship grew stronger. I remember there is a time when she told me, for two different people to get along together, it is like 2 unfitted shapes to joined together, but with patience, these two shapes can rid of all sharp edges and be rounded to perfection.
